Hi, I’m Alex Ho. I’m a software engineer with interests in computer networking. I graduated the University of North Texas with a B.S in Computer Science along with UNT’s Security Certificate & UNT’s CSE Undergraduate NSA Cybersecurity Certificate
What Drives Me
Since I was a child, I always loved figuring out what made things tick along with breaking down into it’s fundamental parts. Currently my active learning interest is video encoding, specifically targeting animation.

Current Work
I currently work as a Test Engineer at Wistron’s Fort Worth facility, where I:
- Developed Standard of Procedures (SOP) for mass production of AI compute racks.
- Constructed scripts and test procedures for validation of hundreds of NVIDIA GB300 Blackwell Ultra systems.
- Responsible for hands-on and first contact failure analysis of NVIDIA GB300 Blackwell Ultra systems, eliminating both hardware and software related flaws, increasing total yield percentage by 10%
- In charge of integrating and validating NPI (New Product Introduction) items for mass production environments, designing and developing integration for mass production
Past Work
I worked as a Service Desk Technician at the University of North Texas System, where I:
- Collaborate with IT specialists on complex technical challenges
- Help modernize enterprise systems through Windows 11 migration
- Contribute to the transition from Configuration Manager to Microsoft Intune, reducing machine deployment times by 70-80%
- Solved a specific TPM attestation error in Microsoft Autopilot involving certain Dell laptops with certain TPM firmware versions.

Working on an open-source tutoring platform using Go and Svelte, focusing on creating an OpenAPI-compliant interface.
Personal Linux Server
Server setup focused around Docker and Traefik to serve locally hosted applications for myself and friends.
